Booking
conditions
An initial
deposit of 15% of total holiday value is required at the time
of booking. This deposit will reserve the villa in your name. The
deposit once received, is NOT returnable if you cancel your
holiday more than 21 days after confirmed booking..
In the case of "last minute bookings" no cancellations are accepted!
(Cancellation between 0 –21 days after confirmation on a
"normal booking", a full refund will be given)
PLEASE NOTE. If we have not received your deposit within
7 days of your booking request and our verbal confirmation of availability
your holiday booking will be cancelled and the dates returned
to general offer.
The balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks
(42 days) before the holiday departure date. If the balance is not
received within that time, your booking will be cancelled and your
deposit, not returned.
A letter of confirmation will be
sent to you at the time of booking, confirming booking details and
when the balance of payment is required.
You will be
contacted 10 days before the balance is due, to request
settlement.
Elounda Bay is a select area and for this
reason, we can not accept any single sex bookings, unless previously
agreed in writing. Hirers must be 21 years of age or over.
Our staff will be happy to arrange for you to be met at the
airport, to escort you to your villa. (Please note that there would be an extra charge of £40.00
per party (max’ 4 adults or two adults & and three children for this
facility)
Car hire can be
arranged on your behalf at very competitive and preferential rates.
Please request this at the time of your booking and indicate the type
or size of vehicle you would prefer, the length of time of hire and if
you would like to collect the car at the airport, the villa, or in the village.
Prices details included in your booking pack (Drive time from the airport on good main roads
around 65 minutes)
Cots, high
chairs and play pens are available on request. Please advise at time
of booking.
Sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, dish
cloths and tea towels are provided, but please ensure you bring your
own beach towels.
A “welcome pack” will be awaiting you on
arrival. This pack contains all the essentials for your first
breakfast/supper ie coffee/tea, milk, cereal, cordial, bread,
butter, fruit and of course, a bottle of wine.
PLEASE NOTE.
A safety deposit of £50.00 is required on arrival as security
against damages. This will be returned on departure at the time of
the owners collecting the keys, if no damages/losses are
incurred.
